1. Acceptance of These Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the 1qqq platform at www-1qqq.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 1qqq. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not create an account or continue using the site.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To open a 1qqq account you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by 1qqq for rule violations.
• You are registering for personal use only, not on behalf of a third party.

You must provide accurate personal details during registration — full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information may result in your account being closed and any pending withdrawals being cancelled.

3. Account Security & One Account Rule

Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same mobile number, same payment wallet (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket), same device, or same IP address — will be closed. Any bonuses claimed on duplicate accounts will be voided.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 1qqq will never ask for your password via chat or email. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact support immediately at [email protected].

Account sharing is not permitted. All bets and transactions placed while your account is logged in are your responsibility.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

1qqq accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳350. Deposits are credited to your account within approximately 6 minutes under normal conditions.

You may only deposit using payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from a third-party wallet may be refunded and the account reviewed. 1qqq does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply its own service charges.

Currency

All transactions on 1qqq are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Amounts are displayed in BDT throughout the platform.

5. Withdrawals & KYC Verification

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳600. The maximum you can withdraw in a single day is ৳210,000. Standard withdrawals are processed within approximately 40 minutes; your first-ever withdrawal may take up to 1 hour while KYC is confirmed.

KYC Documents Required

Before your first withdrawal is released, you must submit at least one of the following valid identity documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence

Documents are reviewed within 24 hours. Upload clear photos or scans — blurry or cropped images will be rejected and you will need to resubmit. KYC is a one-time process; once verified you will not need to re-verify unless your details change.

6. Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses offered by 1qqq are subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise. The standard wagering multiplier is 20× the bonus amount.

Bonus funds must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus portion being forfeited. 1qqq reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it suspects abuse or if the account is found to be in breach of any term in this document.

Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment wallet. Creating a second account to claim a second welcome bonus is a breach of these terms.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

1qqq hosts games from providers including KA Gaming, Ezugi, Evolution, Spribe, JILI, and JDB. Each game is governed by that provider's own rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

Results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). 1qqq does not influence game outcomes. If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault, the round will be cancelled and your stake returned.

Bets placed during a disconnection remain valid if they were fully submitted before connection was lost. 1qqq's server logs are the definitive record of all wagers and outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 1qqq:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Opening multiple accounts or transferring funds between accounts.
• Using VPN or proxy services to mask your location or access region-restricted features.
• Engaging in abusive or threatening behaviour toward 1qqq staff or other players.

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

1qqq provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

1qqq is not liable for losses arising from connection failures on the player's side, delays caused by third-party payment providers, or actions taken based on inaccurate information provided by the player themselves.

In no event will 1qqq's total liability to any single player exceed the balance held in their account at the time the claim arises.

10. Responsible Gaming

1qqq is committed to safe and responsible gambling. If you feel that your gambling habits are becoming harmful, the following tools are available on request:
